How to Prepare

Before your appointment.

A few simple steps help you get the best, most comfortable result — especially for injectables.

  • Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning supplements (fish oil, vitamin E) for 24 hours to reduce bruising.
  • Arrive with clean skin if possible; you can remove makeup at the studio.
  • Eat beforehand and stay hydrated — it keeps you comfortable during treatment.
  • Bring a list of any medications, allergies, and past aesthetic treatments.
  • Plan around big events: schedule injectables at least two weeks ahead.
